The apartments are no equipped with air conditioning.

Rent is due the 1st of the month, and a grace period is offered until the 4th of each month.

Payments received on or after the 5th day of the month are subject to a $100 late fee.

Payments can be made online through the resident portal via debit card, credit card, and ACH payments. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are also accepted at the leasing office.

Maintenance requests can be made online through the resident portal, or by contacting the leasing office. Emergency maintenance, outside of office hours, is also available by calling the office line, and selecting the prompt for emergency maintenance.

Yes! We love our furry, fuzzy, and scaly residents!

There are dog breed restrictions. Breed restrictions include Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, or any mix that includes any of these breeds. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about service animals.

We allow up to two pets per home.

There is a one time pet deposit of $300 per pet, which is refundable at move out, less any deductions for cleaning and damages. There is a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet each month.

We have a wonderful onsite dog park!

Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am daily.

We are a non-smoking community.

We offer a great clubhouse, printing services, seasonal pool, seasonal grill, seasonal fire pit, and a fitness center!

Barbeques are not permitted to be used on the patios or desk, but we offer a seasonal grill in the pool area! Charcoal barbeques and similar grills are not permitted.

Trash and Recycling are collected from the trash enclosures once per week.

Each apartment comes with one assigned spot. Additional and visitor parking is first come first serve. Garages are available for $125 per month.

Street parking in the adjacent neighborhood is available.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse and the apartments are set up for services through Xfinity.
